Motor insurance protects the insured against loss if the motor vehicle insured is involved in an accident, burnt, stolen and third-party liability arising from use of the insured motor vehicle.
M2B is a Comprehensive Cover for accidental loss or damage to insured motor cycle (Boda Boda) and/or death, bodily injury or loss or damage to property of third parties arising out of use of motor cycle owned and/or operated by the insured. It comes with special riders for Personal Accident, Hospital Cash and Last Expense Cover.
Excess:
- Own damage/Partial theft: 5% of sum insured min Kshs. 10,000/=
- Third Party damage claims: Kshs. 7,500/=
- Third Party injury claims: Nil
- Theft claims: 10% of sum insured if anti-theft is fitted minimum 10,000/=
- Without Anti-theft: 20%
- Young (less than 21 years) and or Novice drivers (2 years): Kshs. 7,500/=, additional
